Due to the nature of this product and the fact that it is essentially a one-time-use item, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. It is impossible for us to truly test the AnnoyingTeddy once it's been received and sent back by the purchaser therefore WE INSTEAD OFFER A PRODUCT REPLACEMENT.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your AnnoyingTeddy must have malfunctioned and for some reason did not sing happy birthday for a very long time, hence not annoying the target.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send out your replacement AnnoyingTeddy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
